Travelers now can post and read reviews of AAA lodgings, restaurants, destinations and attractions on AAA.com.  Members are encouraged to share their travel experiences and recommendations.

Reviews appear within the online TourBook® information pages on AAA.com.

By accessing “Write a review” or “Be the first to write a review” links, users can submit reviews by rating specific elements on a 10-point scale and by writing their own narrative comment. The “Read reviews” link also appears on the property’s information page.

Submissions, which are reviewed prior to publication, will not be edited for grammar, style, punctuation, spelling or use of phrase. However, reviews containing vulgar, profane or spiteful language or personal attacks on individuals involved in the travel experience will not be published. Narrative irrelevant to the traveler’s experience may be deleted.

Reviewers are not identified in any way and their e-mail addresses are not retained.
